1. Who we are

bloom is a floral studio operating at 2433 Knapp St, suite 108, Brooklyn, NY 11235. Contact: bloom.co.nyc@gmail.com, +1 646 212-5666.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the listed items at the listed price. We confirm the order by email once payment is authorized. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable sales tax where required.

3. Delivery

We deliver daily between 9AM and 9PM local time within our published zones. Same-day orders must be placed at least 2 hours before the desired slot. Fresh flowers are perishable — someone must be available at the delivery address during the chosen window.

4. Substitutions

Bouquets are hand-tied from the freshest available stems. We may substitute individual stems of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style and palette. Composition photos are illustrative.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 12 hours before the delivery window. After production begins, we cannot refund fresh-flower orders. Damaged or wrong deliveries are replaced or refunded at our discretion within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Loyalty points

Points are earned on delivered orders, redeemable at 100 points = $10, non-transferable, with no cash value, and may be voided on refunded orders or abuse.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass security, scrape at scale, or misuse the AI bouquet builder to generate content unrelated to floral design.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
