  • Orders: recipient name, phone, delivery address, card message, order history.
  • Preferences: favorite flowers, colors, styles, important dates you save.
  • Payment: handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
  • Technical: IP address, browser, and pages viewed for security and analytics.

2. How we use it

  • Fulfill and deliver your order and provide customer support.
  • Send order-related emails (confirmation, delivery updates).
  • Award loyalty points and personalize suggestions.
  • Prevent fraud and enforce our terms.

3. Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run the shop: payment processor, email delivery, cloud hosting (Supabase, Cloudflare), and delivery drivers. Each is bound by contract to protect your data.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and cart, plus limited analytics cookies to understand traffic. No third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your choices

  • Edit or delete your profile in the account area at any time.
  • Email bloom.co.nyc@gmail.com to request full account deletion.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in every message. Order emails cannot be disabled.

6. Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. Other personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to bloom staff who need it to fulfill orders. We do not sell your data.

8. Children

bloom is not directed at children under 13. Please do not use the site if you are under 13.
